I don´t suppose the beach looks like this in the summer time, with all of the empty deckchairs!! Many of the places here are currently closed for the winter season as they are refurbishing many of them in readiness for the tourists!!
I spent my first weekend here in Puerto Banus this weekend and realise that Saturdays here are very busy. They seem to bus the tourists in and around the port is swarming with people of all nationalities. You can hardly move...! Not sure if the shops there are also busy as this is where you see all the designer names... Jimmy Choo, dolce & gabanna, versace etc etc etc....
By stark contrast Sundays are deathly quiet. Of course everything closes in Spain on Sundays so, no shops are open etc. Mind you this weekend the weather may have also accounted for the desserted streets!!
