The above picture shows the mountain that we were originally headed for before I could no long er make it...!! As you can see the cloud was beginning to come in as we were eating lunch!!

This I found very interesting, this stone hole originates from times before we had fridges/freezers to store food in. It is called a "Pozo de Nieve de Tolox" and is basically a big deep hole, where the snow used to collect. The men from the nearby villages (which incidentally are not nearby!!) would come during the night and collect the blocks of ice, up to 50kgs and carry them back to the village to use to store the food. It is really remarkable as this place is completely in the middle of nowhere, and they used this system up until the 1930´s..!!
This is the view I had of the mountains from the car park, maybe now you can see why I thought we were going to the top of this mountain - but oh no it was 2 more mountains away...!!!
