A Challenge from my Supervisor….

My supervisor has told me she does not like English food – well, our main courses she only likes the puddings e.g. scones etc…! Therefore, she has decided that I should come up with an English dish to cook in the cookery class on Thursday (which is bank holiday and I may or may not be working I don’t know as yet..!). Ok now the fun part, the resources… or lack of, these include 2 hob rings, a microwave a frying pan and saucepan… Oh and 45 minutes…!! Think a roast dinner is out of the question!! Currently thinking something like kedgeree or shepherds pie, fish pie or something similar but struggling for ideas at the moment. I have put the feelers out to a few people but any suggestions feel free to email me before next Thursday!!!!
